How results are ranked

Servers are ordered by descending player count, using measurements less than four minutes old. Missing or older measurements come afterwards. Ties are ordered by name, A to Z.

Your filters narrow the displayed servers.

NightshadeSMP offers adults a survival experience close to vanilla. Seasonal resets happen when the community decides, with completed worlds made available to download. Players can inspect block history through /ledger i, and staff can repair griefing. Proximity voice chat uses an optional mod.

Panitas’ wiki places Mitril in deep-ocean biomes of the Overworld and advises exploring new chunks in older worlds to find the new veins. It also describes Smelting, which can smelt blocks mined with a pickaxe, and Replanter, which replants crops broken with a hoe.

SkyServers bans griefing and theft even at unclaimed bases, and requires a 60-block gap before building near another claim unless its owner agrees. Wilderness PvP requires both players’ consent; public areas must clearly advertise when PvP is active. General chat must be in English. AFK farming near automatic farms is banned, while AFK presence at manual farms is allowed.

The Sandlot welcomes all ages through a whitelist: an application must be approved by staff. In Normal Survival, items are gathered by players, without administrator-spawned items. Beuteugeu offers survival accessible from Java and Bedrock. Shops must be on protected land with PvP disabled, and traps in shops or player warps are prohibited. Each player may use only one account. Several people sharing an IP address must request permission with a justification. Valid bugs reported with the required evidence can be rewarded in Coins or BeuCashs.

CCNet, or CometCraft Network, brings together Nations and Towny. Nations uses a 1:1000-scale Earth map, with trade and diplomacy between towns and nations. Players build Movecraft vehicles block by block, including trains and ships. The economy relies on player shops, with no central server shop buying or selling items for money. Sieges target non-peaceful towns without siege immunity: points come from controlling a banner or killing enemies and their vehicles nearby. For Towny, the guide offers a Slimefun texture pack through /resourcepack; many textures require Optifine.

Elodia’s SMP bans griefing and theft, including unclaimed builds. Its PvP branch allows raids, looting and partial damage related to the raid, while prohibiting complete base destruction. In Skyblock, member and visitor permissions must be respected; alternate accounts and island resets cannot be used to gain extra rewards or progression.

Faceland builds its RPG around combat skills that unlock abilities players can combine into their own setup. Dungeons, bosses and guild arenas test that character, while fishing, alchemy, cooking and crafting offer non-combat progression. Loot has randomly generated properties and can be customised with gems, scrolls and tomes. Rare materials feed crafting and the player economy.

GoldenSticker advertises Java-only access with an official Minecraft account required. Its FAQ presents Golden Box and Survival SMP as separate worlds: inventories, progression and builds do not carry between them; ranks apply per mode unless a package states otherwise. It advises claiming bases and says unclaimed areas are unprotected, with no staff rollback for losses there. Ranks are described as carrying across seasons, while items, balances and builds tied to the old world do not. Benefits specific to a mode end if that mode closes permanently.

Hardcore Anarchy imposes a seven-day ban after death, with a policy of no world resets. Technical survival adds pistons able to move chests and furnaces, a block placer that also plants crops and husks yielding sand. Crafted items retain the date and player name; fishing and archaeology can recover other players’ despawned items. The server has anticheat, anti-duplication and anti-X-ray while stating that bypassing them is not punished.

Veylor combines survival, protected land and player trading, with Java and Bedrock connections. Special enchantments can be obtained through fishing or selected librarians: Vampirism converts part of the damage dealt into healing, while another enchantment mines a 3 × 3 area. An auction house, chest shops and trades confirmed by both players support the economy, with commands for checking item price trends.

How to join a Minecraft server

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Minecraft server right now?

The best choice depends on the mode, rules and community you want. The selected sort determines the list order; first place is not a quality rating.

How do I find a free Minecraft server in my language?

Select your language in the in-game language filter, then check access requirements. Free entry does not mean the game itself is free or that the server has no shop.

What is the biggest Minecraft server in the world?

Player counts vary by time and by how networks count players. ServerGlobe does not measure every server worldwide. Check reported counts and measurement times on each listing.

Can I create a Minecraft server here?

ServerGlobe helps you find an existing server. To create one, install server software on a machine or choose a hosting provider. If you already run a server, you can submit it to the directory.

How are servers listed and checked?

The selected sort determines the listing order. Online player counts come from status queries, without votes or paid ranking. The map shows an estimated connection IP country. Language filters use operator declarations, server settings and text, or information from the official website. The source is shown on the listing. Machine country does not determine the in-game language.
