Z.O.N.A. takes place in a San Andreas devastated by a catastrophe whose causes players investigate. Drawing on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Fallout, it distinguishes military RP, lone-stalker RPG and infected-mutant DM paths, alongside a story quest exploring the Zone’s secrets. Characters have 17 skills, including four weapon skills; some are required to continue the story quests. From 100 medicine points, another player can be healed with their consent and pays 1,000 in-game dollars for the treatment. At least 100 science points allow drones and jetpacks to be crafted.
