Lifesteal servers let players steal hearts through combat. Browse servers that offer this mechanic, compare their activity and open each listing to check its rules and supported editions. On PC, check your edition: Java runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, while Bedrock for computers runs on Windows. Use the address for your edition.
Servers are ordered by descending player count, using measurements less than four minutes old. Missing or older measurements come afterwards. Ties are ordered by name, A to Z.

DeSMP offers Dutch-language survival with protected plots, an auction house and ranked clans. Events rotate between TNT Run, Sumo and Spleef, with winners receiving keys. An AFK world gives one Shard per minute to spend in its shop. Duels let players agree on a kit and wager money in an arena. Advertised access is Java 1.21 and later or Bedrock, sharing the same worlds without mods.

DriftSMP’s rules require English in public chat and prohibit hacked clients even when they are not being used. Griefing, theft and player traps are prohibited in designated safe zones. Agreed trades must be honoured, and auction listings must not misrepresent items. Real-money or cross-server deals are prohibited outside the official store.

On EvoxMC, gameplay traps, teleport traps and scams are prohibited, with an explicit Lifesteal exception. The network limits alternate accounts to three connected at once. Minimaps are banned even without entity display, as are tools that automate player actions.

HappyMC offers two forms of PvP. In Lifesteal, killing a player grants a heart and dying removes one. In BoxPvP, mined resources upgrade equipment and players trade through a Black Market. Combat also concerns territories in the Nether and End. The website advertises Java and Bedrock crossplay without a whitelist.

LeoneMC offers Lifesteal where players kill opponents to steal hearts. Losing all hearts eliminates a player, with the possibility of being revived by someone else. Core Raiding pits teams against one another as they attack enemy cores and defend their own. Elytra Box provides aerial combat, while Gens revolves around developing and upgrading generators. The network lists Java and Bedrock access.

MatexMC’s store presents paid ranks. VIP adds one custom kit slot and waives the playtime requirement for ranked play. PRO allows clubs of up to twenty-five members; ACE raises that limit to one hundred. These ranks also advertise flight in lobbies. The rules prohibit artificially boosting ELO or statistics, as well as alternate or shared accounts in ranked play.

Matrix Network offers Practice PvP duels with Elo rankings and advertises weekly tournaments. The network also lists a ranked SMP with rewards. It provides Java and Bedrock access at play.matrixmc.in, with port 19132 for Bedrock.

Minehut provides an entry point to community servers and its own adventures. Its SMP adds jobs, player islands and upgradable town buildings. Lifesteal grants a heart for each kill and removes one for each death. The lobby lets players choose these experiences. The website lists separate addresses for Java and Bedrock.

MineMalia’s advertised Oneblock starts with a block that regenerates whenever it is broken. Its wiki describes inviting a team to the island and completing quests to earn money. It states that two PlayerWarps are available by default and describes Chunk Hoppers collecting drops across an entire chunk, obtained from vote crates or the server shop. Auto-mining is prohibited in this mode. The general rules restrict public chat to English, subject to each mode’s specific rules.

Tidefall separates Survival and Lifesteal rules: griefing, raids and traps are allowed in Lifesteal, while Survival penalizes griefing and theft. In Lifesteal, every death removes a heart, including non-PvP deaths, and killing a player steals one, up to a cap of 20. At zero hearts, access is blocked until revival; the guide specifies automatic revival after seven days with three hearts. Survival, Lifesteal and OneBlock also offer collectible cards: their value varies by up to 20% around the original value, then locks when withdrawn as a tradable item.

Check that the server supports Bedrock and that your friends can join it from their consoles. A matching server name is not enough: editions and joining methods must be compatible.
The selected sort determines the listing order. Online player counts come from status queries, without votes or paid ranking. The map shows an estimated connection IP country. Language filters use operator declarations, server settings and text, or information from the official website. The source is shown on the listing. Machine country does not determine the in-game language.
